To make sure you get the most out of your session, here’s a quick breakdown of how I usually divide the time:
1. Consultation (3-5 minutes): We’ll start with a quick check-in to understand what you need and want to focus on. Throughout the session, I’ll keep checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and adjusting techniques for the best results.
2. Face-Down (Prone Position)
   - Back (10-15 minutes): I’ll start with the back to release tension in the upper, middle, and lower back.
   - Shoulders (5-7 minutes): I usually spend extra time here since most people carry stress on their shoulders.
   - Arms (5 minutes each): Each arm gets around 5 minutes of work, focusing on the forearms, upper arms, and hands.
   - Glutes (5-7 minutes): I’ll work on the glutes to help release lower back tension.
3. Face-Up (Supine Position)
   - Neck (5-7 minutes each side): I target the neck to release any stress-related tension.
   - Head (5 minutes): A quick scalp massage to improve circulation and ease any tension.
   - Arms (5 minutes each): I’ll spend time on each arm to release tension from the forearms, elbows, and wrists.
4. Head Massage to Finish (5-10 minutes): I love to end the session with a relaxing head massage. It helps to fully relax the nervous system and leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
Every session is customized to your needs, with ongoing communication to make sure you’re getting the best experience.
